o Provide high level strategic advice and support to the Chief Information Officer, and other Divisional Executives within the context of relevant legislation, strategic directions and policies.
o Oversee the provision of Secretariat Services and reporting for all committees lead by the Office of the Chief Information Officer
o Oversee and guide the whole of Division approach to human resources matters, including overall coordination of all recruitment, position management, performance management and staff development.
o Preparation and coordination of Ministerial Minutes, Briefs, Correspondence and associated documentation
o Lead the Executive Support function and lead the optimisation of workflows for clearance processes
o Coordination of Communications to the division including but not limited to CIO Weekly updates.
o Undertake other duties appropriate to this level of classification that contribute to the Directorate.
