Responsible for the management of eight AHS technicians and the maintenance of all the Minestar and autonomy technology on 450+ assets on site. Providing guidance, coaching, training and managing annual leave of the team.
Determining work activities based on priority and understanding of technician’s skill levels within the team. Identifying technician’s strong and weak points and helping develop them through a buddy system with more experienced technicians.
Ensuring our weekly maintenance plan’s work management requirements are met in SAP, this includes closing out work orders, rescheduling jobs, parts return and making sure technicians have recorded their hours and comments on these jobs.
