• Proper car washing technique using 2 bucket method, clay barring where needed, decontamination/ de-ironizing, g101, red7, acid based cleaners and other chemicals

• Ensuring line is operating efficiently and effectively, in line with quality and safety standards and protocols, including performing quality control checks
• Perform equipment and plant adjustments/ maintenance, AD-HOC maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring work area is clean and organized
• Support and maintain compliance with all company HSE, Food Safety and Regulatory standards and protocols
• Accurately record and qualify downtime, perform startup and parts changes, daily and end of week tasks and inspections, CIPs and externals

MAIN ROLE Advanced filler technician. Incl but not limited to; Labeling, Robot, Carton erector/ divider inserter, top sealing. Depalletizer, Capsular, Hooder & wirer. Trained in safe manual handling/ chemicals.
