My main job role is steel framing ceilings and partition walls.

As business owner/operator i undertook many tasks on a day-to-day basis to ensure the business performed to it's potential. These include: -

- Managing, leading and inspiring 3 team members effectively and efficiently.

- Overseeing all business operations (front of house and back of house), including our retail store and corporate catering side.

- Ensuring labour and COGS percentage targets were met consistently.

- Till reconciliation

- Proficient use and understanding of POS system (Lightspeed)

- Overseeing and assisting team members with stock ordering (cold produce, fruit and veg, pantry items, coffee beans, milks, etc).

- Implementing and maintaining a strong company culture by leading from the front with, team bonding sessions and a strong set of core values.

- Training team members in their respective job roles and company policies and procedures.

- Hiring and onboarding new team members.

- Handing conflict resolution with customer or catering client complaints or issues.

- Maintaining strong supplier relationships (silverchef, food and beverage and packaging).

- Fostering a community around our business with our team members, catering clients and customers.
