Supervising an iron ore crushing plant, with a team ranging from 15 to 35 operators and trades at the Koolyanobbing mine site, WA.

This role included but not limited to Co-ordination and controlling ROM activities, including Roadtrains, FEL Haultrucks tipping and supply product to the main crushing plant liaising with haulage, geologist, schedulers and train control. Supervising/ operating and overseeing the crushing plant which consisted of, Scada control systems, Jaw crusher, Cone crushers, vibrating feeders, Vibrating screens, conveyors and slewing stackers. Running and supervising train load out including controlling/blending grades to ensure targets are being met safely, efficiently and on time utilising large FEL, Haul trucks and Excavators
