  • Baking – I’ve been a keen baker since I was young and taught by my grandmother. Since I’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease, it has encouraged me to explore and improve my baking even more
  • Fitness & Wellbeing – Regularly attend reformer Pilates and try to keep as active as I can
  • Formula 1 – Have been a huge fan for years and have attended the Grand Prix when in Australia, up next is Silverstone!
  • Fashion and Beauty – Have always had an interest in the industry since I was young and take a huge interest in today’s fast-paced world and the ever-changing trends in beauty
  • Travelling – Experiencing different cultures, food and societies is a passion of mine. Living in Australia has sparked my interest to not return to Ireland, and live in a different society
