At this KFC I started off at working the register, after around 1-2 months I was then promoted to food preparation. During my register phase I learned how to handle customer problems very quickly as most hours sold at least over $1,000 with of food. During this time I also worked very well with not just the manager but with also all the other coworkers. When I was given the job as food preparation I did well and was given the ability to be trained at both the front of the store and the back. despite the short time I have worked there I was able to accomplish a lot even compared to people to have been working there for a few years.

I Worked for my parents jewellery business, The store is currently the largest family owner jewellery store in Victoria. I (and my mum) have managed to keep the store as one of the most well reviewed and prestigious as I have talked to many customers traveling from all over Australia to pay a visit. I worked both the register and customer service. The store is very busy and my parents have tried hiring workers before but they couldn't keep up with my parents expectations. I also helped customers both by recommending them products and giving each detailed descriptions but also by resolving problems either that be them wanting to fix broken jewellery or by resolving bad experiences. While doing this job I also worked overseas. My parents buy their stock overseas and I help them translate between English (my first language) and mandarin (my 2nd language.) I also helped my parents carry boxes and heavy loads from the store fronts to the export checking stations. During this time I have also learned how to package boxes and how to tape them to prevent damaging the object.
