Starting as an apprentice, I learnt on the job to become a qualified plumber.

Began with the simple tasks of taking instructions and learning off qualified tradesman to assist in the installation of domestic heaters, split systems and reverse cycle ducted systems. To eventually running my own jobs and team of apprentices and other tradesmen.

• Boosted sales performance by implementing effective visual merchandising and store layouts.
• Trained new sales associates on company policies, selling techniques, and customer service best practices to maximize their potential.
