Previous Employment Experience

  • Sales Consultant, Splend, 07/01/2021, Present. Splend provide rent to own vehicle solutions for rideshare drivers. As a sales consultant my role is to handle all sales enquiries, which will either be made online via the company website or via inbound calls. During my time with Splend the company has experienced huge growth and has increased the fleet size from a few hundred vehicles to over 7000, having played an important part of this success I feel very satisfied with my achievements in this role.


  • Solar Consultant, Central Coast Energy, 04/2020, 06/2021. Dealing with inbound leads for a locally based solar installation company. Acting as the first point of contact via phone call to discuss their needs & initial questions regarding a potential solar system. The next step would often be arranging an in home appointment where we discuss options in further detail to become familiar with the customers needs, from there preparing a fully detailed proposal and following up accordingly. After the point of sale I would be working closely with the installers to help complete the installation.


  • Solar Consultant , Econnect Solar, 06/2018, 04/2020. Visiting pre-set and approved appointments in potential customers' homes. Providing an in depth solar presentation, and based on energy usage, helping the customer tailor a solar system to best meet their needs. Following up and keeping in contact with the customer as well as working with the install team to help deliver the best all round experience possible for the customer.


  • Sales Representative, Red Energy, 12/2014, 01/2018, Working directly for one of Australia's largest and most well respected energy retailers, the role involved interacting with potential customers on a face to face basis. During my time with Red Energy I always managed to exceed individual and team targets, winning the individual award for most sales in a quarter on several ocaisions.


  • Sales Advisor, EE (everything everywhere), 10/01/2013, 10/31/2014, Working as an inbound sales advisor for the UK's largest mobile telecommunication company. The role involves selling a range of product and services including mobile phone contracts, broadband and internet services and insurance services. The role is target driven with a wide range of challenges and targets to overcome such as meeting all sales targets whilst always keeping up to date with the latest products and services the company offer and finding new ways to sell them. During my time with EE I have accumulated a wide range of new skills and experiences which are transferable to any other position and challenges that I may wish to take up in the future.


  • Fundraiser, Home Fundraising, 01/2012, 10/31/2013, Door to Door fundraising for different charities such as Barnardo's and cancer research UK. The job involved working as part of a team of 4 or 5, knocking on people's doors and inspiring them commit to a long term regular monthly donation.

  • Hobbies: In my spare time I enjoy socializing with friends, attending live music events, watching sports, regular outdoor exercise as well as going to the gym regularly. I also have a young family and spend as much time as I can with my partner and young son, enjoying family activities as often as possible.
