· Allocating new participant referrals
· Re allocating existing participant when a support worker does not work out
· Find support workers for cover shifts for sick/ annual leave
· Communicating with Participant or support coordinators to find support worker who will be most beneficial for them.
· Communicating with support workers to find suitable participants for them
· Keeping Support workers up to date about their participants
· Using CMS to roster shifts in the system
· Using Asana program for hiring needs
· Using Asana to document process of reallocation on a participant
· Working closely with Other rostering officer, Service Delivery team, Intake and HR
