Ugly Pugs is a hot food van

My duties include:

Customer service - directly communicating and servicing customers, in a fast paced environment.

Food management - food preparation, food handling, cleaning and sanitisation.

Business management - handling of money, till operations and closing and opening of the food van and all food and customer service requirements.

I worked here during school holidays then stayed on for couple of weeks afterwards to help out.

I worked back of house as a kitchen hand, and duties included:

Food management - consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.

Food preparation - chopping vegetables, fruits and prepared sauces for kitchen staff.

Time management - completing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Food safety - ensuring kitchen environment is clean and sanitised , to maximise productivity and safety.
