Customer service - directly communicating and servicing customers, in a fast paced environment.

Food management - food preparation, food handling, cleaning and sanitisation.

Business management - handling of money, till operations and closing and opening of the food van and all food and customer service requirements.

I worked here during school holidays then stayed on for couple of weeks afterwards to help out.
