· Analyse environmental factors, triggers, and antecedents contributing to the behaviour.
· Develop individualized behaviour support plans tailored to the unique needs of each person.
· Collaborate with individuals, families, and support teams to create comprehensive and person-cantered strategies.
· Design and implement skill-building interventions to enhance the individual's adaptive behaviours.
· Maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to behaviour support.
· Provide guidance on crisis management techniques when challenging behaviours do occur.
· Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with challenging behaviours within various settings, such as schools, workplaces, and communities.
