The MLC Marshmead Program helped me develop strong teamwork, communication, independence and problem-solving skills. I learned to adapt to new environments, take responsibility for my own tasks, work well with different people, and show initiative when faced with challenges. The experience also helped me build resilience, confidence and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
