Accomplishments

I believe my proudest accomplishment would be assisting in a Team of 10 support staff during two large CAT events. As part of this team we were charged with providing support not just to the Loss Adjuster but to the Customers and Clients. I felt a great deal of accomplishment being able to help the most vulnerable of people during a terribly traumatising time. The work we carried out and the help we were able to provide was only made possible because of teamwork. We all worked together to provide the best outcome we could for the Client and Customers.
