Summary

I have been employed with JBHIFI at Port Macquarie since November 2018. During this time I have held the roles of Office Administrator, Accessories Coordinator ,Storeroom Coordinator ,completed a relief Merchandise Manager role for 6 months as well as stepped into the Store Managers role for 10 days.


Regularly over the last two years I have been opening and closing the store as well as being the floor leader and helping the managers complete their tasks.


All of these roles have given me a broad understanding and knowledge of the full back of house operations including onboarding and developing staff, leading the floor, motivating the staff to ensue success and achieve results.


The roles I have held at JBHIFI as well as my previous job experience has allowed me to obtain strong skills and capabilities in areas of communicating effectively, customer service, solving complaints, time management, prioritising, risk management

Storeroom Coordinator

  • Receiving stock, processing, pricing and merchandising it on the floor, both software, hardware and media ensuring it is correct
  • Conducting Solveups on customers faulty products and sending them for repair /replacement where required and advising customer of outcomes
