Due to my recognised expertise in Health Care Technology I was sort out by leading Hospital and Aged care organisations to review and provide recommendations on Nurse Call Technology for their facilities. Although this was a fulfilling role and my recommendations where fully implemented in various high profile facilities, I determined after 2 years that consultancy was not for me as I am a more hands on person.

In July 2016, I sold Jackson Care Technologies Pty Ltd and JCT Healthcare Pty Ltd to a public company XPED Ltd I was appointed as the CEO during a transition period and in the last 12 months performed more project management role as i handed over the management of the company to a new CEO. I stayed on for a period of 2 years and 7 months before laving to start a new company Solution Forest Pty Ltd

The company was established in 2002 with the vision to provide innovative and robust hardware and software solutions to the healthcare industry. Jackson Care Technologies Pty Ltd specialises in Research and Development and manufacturing in the healthcare sector. The company designs, builds and distributes its products exclusively through JCT Healthcare.
