Within this role, I contributed to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication with colleagues and supervisors. I was required to streamline kitchen operations by efficiently handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously under pressure, and maintain proper food storage procedures to preserve ingredient freshness while minimizing risks of contamination or spoilage. I demonstrated adaptability by quickly learning new techniques, recipes, and procedures as required for various culinary tasks. My main roles were restocking supplies and prepared additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods, reducing waste by effectively managing inventory levels and rotating stock to maintain freshness and chopping vegetables, cutting up fruit, and preparing sauces when kitchen staff was busy.

In this role, I created inviting environment for customers by maintaining store organization and cleanliness and developed strong rapport with customers and created a positive impression of the business. I worked to meet or exceed special targets and specific product promotions.

I was required to enhance customer satisfaction with personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences. I also opened, shelved and merchandised new products in visually appealing ways and organized displays for optimal sales promotions, and managed efficient cash register operations.

At Side Room, I inspected preparation and storage equipment regularly to assess and maintain performance for cost-effective, safe operations, filled out a daily shift log to record amount of food prepared, used and leftover, and participated in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve my skills and stay updated on company policies. I displayed strong attention to detail when setting up displays, merchandising products attractively to increase sales potential. My main roles included loading the dishwasher and thoroughly hand-washing dishes, pans and utensils to tidy up the serving line, replenishing condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas, and preparing fresh, high-quality food items by following strict company guidelines for preparation and presentation. I performed serving, cleaning and stocking to high standards and provided excellent customer satisfaction, and enhanced customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service with a welcoming attitude.

As a Domino's employee, I adjusted food preparation methods in accordance with customer requests, greeted guests pleasantly and answered menu questions, maintained effective supply levels by monitoring and reordering food stock and dry goods, and participated in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on menu offerings and company policies, leading to improved job performance. I supported sales efforts by suggestively upselling food items and increasing check averages, and explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.
