• Scope and develop production plans to achieve accurate and prompt delivery of projects.
• Facilitate communication between all internal departments to synchronize work and ensure all creative has consistent and strong brand representation.
• Onboarding and leading the set up and execution of integrated campaigns. Briefing content and supporting all internal teams (strategy, copy, creative, UI, UX design, animation, video editing and audio) to ensure the client’s brief is clearly understood and actionable.
• Set up video shoots in studio and remotely by managing production through stages to completion.
• Manage, forecast and track project budgets, focusing on adhering to production deadlines, negotiation skills, and client needs.

• Manage multiple client and stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Produce and manage integrated campaigns including; TV and video production, digital, radio, social media, and OOH.
• Project management, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
• Onboard and direct flow of projects from briefing, strategy, copy, and creative development through to final delivery.
• Scoping projects with clients and internal team, identifying problems, and providing/implementing solutions.
• Responsible for managing and supporting multiple integrated campaign workflows to and from clients, as well as across all Clearwater execution teams and freelancers.
• Supervising the positioning of locations, props, lighting, and sound equipment for video productions.
• Review video and stills alongside creative directors to ensure the best content is used for integrated campaign work.
• Proactively managing and tracking project budgets, plans, and schedules.
• Negotiating rates with external suppliers and drafting production agreements.

• Client service team lead, taking ownership of client group and represent the client brands within the agency.
• Supporting the client service team to grow client and stakeholder relationships.
• Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients.

• Scope project resource and ensuring tasks are completed within project scope, timings and budget (working closely with strategy, creative and production teams).
