For the first few months I released a teacher who was on sick Leave. From January 2022-October 2023 I was the Consultant for Religious Education throughout the whole school. I retired October 2023.

My role at the school was to assist both staff and students in the area of Religious Education.

I gave many PD's to staff in this area.

Three Primary School within the one Catholic Parish had a leadership team of Coordinating Principal, three Principles and Mission and Faith Leader.

We coordinated the running of the three Schools.

My area was Mission and Faith Leadership. I worked at the three schools for four years.

I had a four year contract which concluded at the end of the 2020 year.

I worked in Parishes and taught in Schools. I also was chaplain in Hospitals.

• Coordinated with local ministries and non-profit organizations to establish partnerships that benefited both the congregation and wider community.

• Initiated annual review and evaluation process for worship services allowing for continuous improvement in meeting congregational needs.
• Oversaw administrative tasks including staff management, scheduling, communication with stakeholders ensuring smooth operation of church affairs.
• Implemented effective social media strategies that increased online visibility of church services reaching broader audience.
• Conducted marriage counseling sessions with couples seeking guidance in order to foster healthy relationships within the congregation.
• Provided pastoral care and support to congregation members during times of personal crisis, fostering a strong sense of community within the church.
• Planned and executed special events such as retreats, workshops, and guest speaker series, enhancing the overall worship experience for congregants.
• Spearheaded fundraising campaigns that generated needed funds for building improvements or mission trips supporting global causes.
• Delivered engaging sermons tailored to the needs of diverse audiences, effectively communicating spiritual teachings and principles.
