Events Director

• Responsible for the organisation, management and execution of the events portfolio of the society.
• Completed budgets, risk assessments and contracts in accordance with university club and society regulations.
• Lead and coordinated a team to successfully organise flagship networking night with 150 patrons and industry professionals. Involved reviewing and entering contracts in order to book venue, place food and beverage orders. Meticulous planning and on the day decision making ensured that the event was a major success. Resulting in sponsors requesting to upgrade their sponsorship package and an increased student membership base.
• Other organised events included informative industry specific panel events and social bar nights. Requiring a high level of organisational, interpersonal and punctual skills.
• Created and implemented a member-based Facebook group for the society to increase engagement within the society and provide members with greater value for their membership purchase.

• Rotate through teams within the committee providing support to events, corporate relations, and marketing teams.
• Required a multi-faceted skill set and ability to adapt to changing environments in order to be successful.

Project Consultant

• Provided pro-bono consulting services to Not-for-profit organisations. Involved communicating with clients, producing and analysing data, as well as working in a team in order to deliver recommendation reports that could potentially be implemented into large-scale organisations such as Surf Lifesaving Victoria.
• Partook in consulting workshops with McKinsey and BCG that ranged from financial modelling to slide presentation workshops.

Podcast Editor

• Worked in a team to produce a high-quality product, engaging with students interested in consulting and NFPs.
• Required a high level of technical audio recording and editing skills, attention to detail as well as communication within a team.

Basketball Coach, 2017-2019

St Bernard's Old Collagen's Basketball Club

• Taught a group of girls with no prior basketball experience the skills and knowledge of the sport, leading to the eventual winning of a grand final. Requiring strong levels of communication, organisation, patience and resilience.
