VCS is a grassroots registered NDIS provider that delivers mental health services in Victoria. We are passionate about working with people who suffers from mental health conditions.

Australasian Association (AA) at University of Melbourne aims to bring young Chinese and Australian students together to unlock career and education opportunities and act as a platform for genuine cross-cultural dialogue and understanding. By participating in AA events, I endeavour to improve my communication organisation and management skills. We hold grassroots events and activities on campus focused around the following 3 pillars: Careers, Education and People-to-People Exchange.

• Used consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend relevant products
• Provided sales and customer service assistance to walk-in traffic
• Responded to telephone and in-person requests for information.
• Followed up with existing customers to provide additional support and address concerns.
• Maximized customer retention by resolving issues quickly.

• During my time there I participated in numerous social networking events with other Real Estate developers such as Samma Place and Metricon, gaining an insight into what it is like to construct and build homes for clients according to their needs.
• Distinguish between Real Estate Development and Management
• For almost a year at H&T Melbourne, I have introduced clients to the company and developed a great relationship with them, in order to involve myself with the practical process of property sales and development.
• Practiced my communication skills and the techniques of marketing.

• Gained various knowledge and experiences such as the process that involves the renting and leasing of properties
• Gave me valuable experiences on working together with colleagues, building my communication skills and working in close liaison with work mates.
• Gained a deep understanding and familiarity with Excel and RealEstate.com website.
• Displayed excellent communication and patient service skills such as frankness, adaptability and respect.

• I was the team management the under 15s team at Dynamo Football Club.
• In charge of organizing games on the weekends and the tally of the team members.
• I was responsible for the ranking system for the under 15s B league which involves calculating scores for each team that participated in the league.
• Improved my organisation and management skills.
• Learned to interact with people from all different age groups.
