I design AI solution for SMB such as accounting firm, run Copilot AI training workshop for different clients, discuss potential use case with client to find potential AI opportunity in business with high ROI, build AI agent using Copilot Studio, LangFlow, N8N. One AI agent read incoming email financial docs attachments, classify, categorise them, push to SharePoint. Also chase client missing docs. Other agent handle incoming lead qualification process and correspondence to initial questions and set meeting for approved lead. I alos build and design multi-agent architecture.

• The project was to move from an old intranet to a newly fresh and modern Intranet. There have been multiple vendors engaged such as Microsoft and others. But project team decided to use built-in MS 365 features. The new intranet that I build and delivered:
• Use site script and template for creating new sites
• Persistent governance and permission model
• Robust Information Architecture using hub model and less complexity
• Using Viva connection for a Team enabled Intranet and fully mobile responsive
• Contain Term of Use and Azure Conditional Access Policy where required
• Smooth change management, training, transition and go-live

• This was a short project to design and develop a Power Platform solution to allow automatically build 800+ document templates for letters and pre-populate those templates using data in legacy system from SQL server.
• In this role for the design and build ATS template solution:
• I define user stories and features, discuss and document stakeholders’ requirements
• I solution design and architecture document and getting approval from management team
• I break down and estimate tasks and prepare project phase and plan till project delivery
• I build the solution using PowerApps Canvas and Model-Driven app, Dataverse, Power Automate to pre-populate docs and sync data between SQL and Dataverse

• ITC Infotech was responsible for Application support of BAU, bug fixing, enhancement and new software development for BAT in APAC as their main client. There was about 28 software in BAT including Power Platform, SharePoint, SPFx, OpenText, MuleSoft, ... that our team need to maintain and keep them up and running. Plus, lots of change request, enhancement and green-field development come to our team via ServiceNow.
• BAT manage all staff and external contractors across the globe using on MS 365 tenant which contains 96,000 users. About 12 of these 28 applications were developed on Power Platform. I was responsible for:
• monitoring resolution of reported bugs on-time and staff keep all systems up & running and build new systems such as DataWise, EPA or develop CR enhancements like Mystery Shopper, PMS.
• Discuss new enhancements and Change Requests (CRA) on existing systems with stakeholders.
• Provide solutions design and communicate it to developers for build, test, demo and deliver of them.
• Improve and enhance internal process in ALM, Azure Pipeline (Dev, UAT, PROD) and DevOps by define better governance for AU APP Dev team, create new Power Platform environments, using of solution.
• Engage from gathering requirements to solution design document, developing solutions and implementation CR, and user training.
• Using SAFe framework and Azure DevOps for task management, Scrum artifact align with PI planning sessions that happened in APMEA and globally between thousands of staff.
• running sprint standup, backlog prioritisation, help team members to meet DoD, remove impediments.
• Resource management and timeline tracking on projects and providing estimation and budget on CR.
• People management of all 6 team members from tracking tasks, mentoring.
• BAU and make sure OpenText CS, Enterprise Archive, Phoenix, Active Nav, MuleSoft API is running.

• Providing dev support and training for development team of Microsoft gold partners across APAC who develop MS Teams App to publish into the AppSource Marketplace and Microsoft Teams Store and help MS partners technical team during the monetization process. I provide technical support on:
• Teams App Development (Tab, Bots, Message Extension, Adaptive Card, meeting extension)
• SSO and App Camp program
• Marketplace SaaS Fulfilment API
• I run workshops for design, development and monetise to empower partners on publishing their App
• I was responsible to engage with partners across the whole APAC region for their Teams App publishing process from the beginning of invasion phase, development, consulting, training and technical support and debug to empower them on publishing their transactable SaaS offer (monetized app) in AppSource store.
• During this I have dealt with tens of partners across AU, NZ, China, India, MY, SG, … as daily bases.

• 365 Digital Consulting is an Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform consulting which provide professional service to the clients in the UK, Canada, and Australia.
• My Responsibility:
• As a Solution Architect, I was responsible for design and architecture of solution and discuss technical challenge with tech team and clients to cope technical limitation where possible otherwise set right expectation for clients.
• As a Principal Lead Consultant, I was dealing with client directly from the pre-sales stage, SoW and proposal preparation, scope clarification till end of solution design, system architecture to build phase.
• As a delivery manager, I was responsible to do QA and make sure that the solution my team deliver is the right fit for the clients need, pass all the UAT testing, and meet the level of quality expected. I manage the whole 12 developers.

Projects that we delivered:

• Rocal door manufacturer Dynamics 365 CRM implementation: customer service department queue management for all faults and problems that are reported to them
• Fleming Dynamics 365 CRM implements custom solution plus integraion with D365 BC ERP
• Ku-Ring-Gai council replace CRM with D365 CE and integrate it with the business evaluation system
• Kavanagh Industry allows clients access to their own orders using a Power Pages using D365 behind the scenes and integration with M-File
• Servus Credit Union, a banking firm client in Canada with over 1800 staff, I manage migration for all of their SharePoint sites and documents to SharePoint online, and rebuilt workflows using Power Automate
• Brit Insurance, insurance and finance client in the UK, I rebuilt some of their forms and workflow as part of their digitalisation project using Nintex Cloud

• My Responsibility was delivering below projects as consultant:
• DEXUS project: Migration of 100GB of data and millions records from OpenText content sever to SharePoint 2016 on Azure. A two-step ETL from OpenText CS to file system and then using ShareGate to SP with preserving metadata and versioning. The data was keeping all the contracts, leases agreements for properties within Australia.
• DEXUS project: Developing fully custom modern UI for SharePoint using AngularJS, Kendo, Google Material design, Typescript and REST base system. I had Scrum master role and technical lead for the development team.
• Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB): Migration of 200+GB of documents and one million of physical records from eDocs to SP 2013 farm. Migrating into the huge environment which has been fully customized (custom permission on thousands of sites and custom content type/DocSet for each library) was a challenge. To meet all pre-requisite for migration, I used multiple complex pre/post migration PowerShell script which run on selective libraries. I use SeeUnity and its Velocity tools plus adding multiple C# scripts for transformation to meet requirements. I was solo consultant for project.
• Department of Social Services: Using PowerShell to move file from all servers located in different state into Canberra as daily bases.
• Support Myer project for Go-Live: Our team implement an electronic form/workflow solution to store all documents/Invoices/forms in Myer across Australia into SharePoint. I was responsible for support and go-live.
• Internal project in KM (PowerApps development): 1- Analysis and design of an HR repository solution to store all staff related documents in KM including 600 staff and contracts, certificate and so on. 2- Kaizen project to build automatically sites for our clients/project in our professional service team so having a proper IA for project related documents, 3- build Opportunity list is a SP solution which allow our Solution consultant, technical, sales team members and PM to have a source of truth and be aware of latest status of an opportunity. I create Power BI dashboard to allow manager report from lost/win ratio per state.
• Pre-sales PoC for CEDP (Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta): An integration between OpenText CS and G Suite (Google drive) to synchronize documents between them bi-directional. Using OTCS web services and Google API.
• Pre-sales PoC for UWA (University of Western Australia): developing a responsive online form/workflow using Nintex for Office 365 which allow manager to sign electronically plus developing a mobile app for the same purpose using Nintex App studio. Then convert it into a signed pdf document.
• Pre-sales activity, write SoW and design document for Nielson, Wenona, Rooty hill RSL: Nintex and Power Platform solutions for opportunities. Reading and responding to tender document as well.

• Konica Minolta Inc. is a Japanese multinational technology company and 43,000+ employees. The company manufactures business and industrial imaging products, including copiers, laser printers, multi-functional peripherals (MFPs) plus Information Management solutions such as ECM, EDRMS and BPMS.

My Responsibility include:

• Migration project from SP 2010 to Office 365: There was a SP 2010 on promises. There weren't proper information architecture (IA) exist plus some issues exist on permission and performance. I have done all site migration by Metalogix and ShareGate tools and redesign architecture for more than 150 SP sites in a new environment on Cloud.
• Gathering user requirement and develop solutions and workflows based on users’ demand. Define and develop managed metadata taxonomy on site collection and tenant.
• Support of 600 users in 8 countries alone and holding more than 25 group training session for them.
• Building new intranet (portal) G-Wiz using JS_Tile and News app, RSS reader.
• I establish a SharePoint Governance Committee to define policies and roadmap. Define Information Architecture, Metadata, and automated process for SP new site request and External user request.
