Here at Aldi i've had the opportunity to learn to:

-Work in a fast paced environment and keep up with kpi under pressure.

-Further develop communications skills and teamwork

-Adapt to a changing environment whilst not losing productivity.

Mycar Tyre and auto has allowed me to grow and developed important transferable skills that would be useful in any industry such as:

-Learning and implementing company policies and procedures within every day to day activity ensuring consistent quality work.

-Allowed me to work independently without supervision and to take initiative when completing tasks.

-Time management skills to meet deadlines and assisting in managing schedules and timetables for jobs.

-Improved communication skills with customers.

-Gained the ability to adapt through taking on new challenges and learning without help.

As a first year apprentice i was able to demonstrate and develop skills such as:

-Being able stay highly self motivated to constantly grow and improve my knowledge of the industry.

-Developed strong teamworking skills and communication.

-Improved problem solving skills under pressure and technical/industry specific skills.

-Consistently have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards new challenges.
