Assisting with the day to day operations and fulfilling the fleet controller role when required.

• Coordinating, planning and executing all freight movements with freight forwarders in regional Victoria and Tasmania, ensuring customer expectations are met
• Planning and allocating company fleet and sub-contractors to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed in accordance with customer and legislative requirements
• Liaising with drivers and customers in a timely and effective manner
• Processing and reviewing driver run sheets - e.g. Monitoring drivers' fatigue to ensure that they are compliant and fit to drive
• Working with drivers, customers and company personnel to resolve service issues, routing and planning and mechanical problems
• Checking and approving sub-contractor invoices
• Assisting existing and future customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing all depot pickups, ensuring customers are notified when their freight are ready to be collected
• Conducting daily stocktake - ensuring all inbound freight and paperwork has been received
• Providing administrative support with accurate document preparation and data entry
• Leading the update for current TMS being used in all states

• Using voice picking equipment to pick orders
• Invoicing online orders into WMS
• Packing products neatly by following standard packing procedures
• Replenishing stock with the use of RF scanner
• Using electric pallet jack to move pallets
• General house keeping
