I am from Taiwan and came to Australia in 2008 . Before I came here, I was working in Telecom industry for almost 6 years and was a top sales in Fareastone. Then I studied here for Master degree and immigrated to Australia.

I like working with people and dealing with difficult customers as it would make me feel the sense of achievement when angry customers walked out of store with a happy face. From my point of view, no one wants to be angry or aggressive. There must be a reason to make them feel furious, just find out the cause then solve it.

Finding what customer needs and wants is an essential skill of being a sales person and Im really good at it.

While I love the thrill of a sale, I am a long-term relationship builder. In my 11 years of telecommunications, the most rewarding part was seeing clients return to me year after year when they want to renew their contract.

Property Management is the engine room of a real estate agency. I want to be the person who protects the landlord's most valuable asset and ensures the agency's rent roll grows through my exceptional service and retention.
