I successfully completed my 162-hour placement at Swan Academy Childcare in Auburn, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in early childhood education. During my placement, I supported educators in delivering engaging learning activities, assisted with daily routines, ensured children's safety and well-being, and built positive relationships with children and their families. This experience enhanced my skills in communication, teamwork, child development, and classroom management, preparing me for a future role in the early childhood education sector."
