Elaina Byrne-Smith

I am currently a full-time High School student seeking casual employment. I am eager to learn more about customer service, communication and gaining more work experience. Up until now I have gained knowledge in the operations in an office, using the cash register and completing invoices. I work once a month on a Saturday in a family retail business, which includes cleaning tasks, answering the phone, taking bookings and finalising transactions with customers. My overall demeanour is friendly, helpful and approachable, as well as having a determined mindset. I am committed to make meaningful contributions, learning and improving my skills.
