  • Manage operations and catering for cafe both at Northey Street every Sunday and at yoke cafe during its period of operating.
  • Catering and kitchen responsibilities included menu design and costing, waste management, developing a compost system, acting as Food Safety Supervisor, adhering to Council requirements, training and development of staff. Sourcing local and organic produce, directly from farmers where possible meant developing a less specific menu which allowed for flexibility in offerings based on seasonality and availability.
