• Administer hemodialysis treatment to patients with chronic kidney disease, ensuring adherence to prescribed protocols and standards.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment, identifying and addressing any adverse reactions or complications promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, home care, dietary restrictions, and medication management to enhance compliance and self-care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment data, progress notes, and any changes in condition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

• Admitting the patient before the procedure
• Assist Endoscopist during the procedure
• Monitor and record patient's physiological observations and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse
• Act as a 'second checker' for biopsy & Sample
• Assist with cold biopsies as directed by the clinician
• Monitor the sedated patient during procedures including airway management
• Transfer and collect clinically stable patients to and from wards
• Assist in the Recovery unit and support Registered Nurse
• Discharge non complex patients following diagnostic procedures.

• Responsible for assembling priming and maintaining dialysis machines
• Monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment (vital signs, weight check etc)
• Maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards when operating the machines, among other duties
• Periodical stock checks and escalating required order
• Talking patients through the dialysis process
• Monitoring and adjusting patient fluid removal rates as required
• Working with other health care staff of a multidisciplinary team
• Ensuring the sterilization of operating equipment before use
• Responding to emergency scenarios
• Attending to patient needs
• Performing cannulation
• Connecting and disconnecting patients following protocol of dialysis unit
• Providing post procedure care
• Understanding patient physical and emotional concerns
• Educating patients on health maintenance and care
• Developing operational training material for staff
• Safe discharge of patient after procedure
• Recording and maintaining medical records as per unit policy.

• Resubmit those rejected claims with proper justification within the Standard time frame.
• Review denial reasons and audit the claim to generate justification for the resubmission.
• Coordination with treating physicians to prepare justification in support valid claim.
• Coordinate directly with insurance company for any doubt /Clarification and educate billing /submission /Approval team to avoid further rejection.
• Coordination with the receivable team to make sure that the payments are received for the resubmitted claim.
• Periodic Reconciliation of rejected claim.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to assign ICD-10 CM and CPT codes to the highest specificity ensuring that diagnostic codes and
  documentation accurately.
• Adhere to coding clinics and guidelines, and queried physicians for as needed.
• Adhere with the code reference software like 3M and encoder pro to eliminate the possibility of up coding, down coding, and code conflicts.

• Supervision of Claim Submission.
• Resubmission of rejected claims Co-ordination with insurance companies related to Submission and resubmission.
• Trouble shooting of issue related to Submission and resubmission.
• Prepare Submission report and resubmission report.
• Co-ordination with approval team.
