I chose to study and gain experience in the food industry because of my inherent interest in its rapid innovation, technology, and human health. My field experience in food service reflects my passion for food. Being able to provide food towards the greater public is something I find honorable, and with my knowledge in food science, I look forward to creating a positive impact through innovation, creativity, quality, and sustainability.
