Currently, I work at Liquorland - Coles as a part-time retail assistant. Previously, I had my own business and ran it for 6 years. With regards to my experience in costumer service and due to my friendly personality and people-centric nature, I love to build relationships with costumers, and assist them by delivering the best service possible. I believe it is essential to make an enjoyable experience for the costumers, while having in mind the objectives of the organization and sales targets.
I'm extremely organized, responsible, active and positive. Additionally, I am a natural problem solver and I have a solution for any problem. I would always like to go above and beyond my role, as I'm a perfectionist. I’m happy to work independently or as part of a team.
I am available to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays every week. And I will be available Fridays every second week.
I came to Australia with a business visa and in 2018, I bought a wine boutique / bottleshop (Donburn Cellars in Doncaster East). I ran my business for around 6 years until I got my permanent residency in 2023 and I sold my business. Afterwards, I started doing nails under the same company name, HOMA OF FORTUNE PTY LTD until I got a job at Liquorland.
As a director and manager, I was responsible for a wide range of management activities, for example, interacting with the suppliers, putting on orders, receiving orders, managing staff and daily running of business as well as customer service.
