• Rafted the Barron and Tully river on up to and including grade 4 rapids.
• Adapted quickly to changing weather conditions or water levels, making necessary adjustments to ensure safety without compromising enjoyment for guests.

- Worked initially as a Grade 3 guide whilst training for Grade 4/5

- Worked as a 4/5 guide on both the Kaituna and Rangitaiki river

• Worked on the Barron river for over one year developing my skills guiding grade 2/3 rapids.
• First aid and CPR certified
• Completed training for Certificate III in Tourism, allowing me to further my understanding of the tourism industry and improve my ability to provide the best experience for customers while upholding industry and company standards
• Built personal relationships with guests to promote positive experiences.
• Utilized effective communication and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues.

Assisted and partook in a variety of physical tasks which required focus and precision such as tiling, concreting, carpentry and landscaping.

Assisting with tools and appliances on site, was able to work with others on sight and cooperate in order to aid a safe and functional worksite.
