• Regularly assessing and monitoring residents' health conditions, assisting registered nurses, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Providing daily personal care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility, while supporting personal care assistants to ensure residents' comfort and well-being
• Performed routine wound care and dressing changes on schedule.

Supported elderly residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key responsibilities;

• Assisting residents with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to maintain their hygiene and comfort
• Helping residents with mobility issues, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs, assisting with walking, and ensuring their safe movement within the facility
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff and assisting with basic health checks such as measuring vital signs
