  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
  • Running regular meetings with Customers.
  • Maximize business profitability by delivering vehicle volume, manage replacement of assets, support growth of services and vehicles, vehicle optimization and vehicle quoting.
  • Monthly reporting on services, fuel, vehicle data and invoicing.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients in products and technology.
  • Manage customer retention through taking ownership of customer issues and identifying solutions to strengthen the relationship. Partnering with internal teams and the client to find, execute and communicate the solution.

I also enjoy snowboarding, surfing, mountain biking as well as most things vehicle and motorsport related, 

I try to keep fit and active however I love to enjoy a good wine or beer with friends when I can.
