As a concreter/operator I have built and set formwork, poured and finished concrete and carried out earthworks related to these tasks. This includes site cuts, digging trenches, and final trimming batters and banks.

• Collaborated with project managers to ensure seamless communication between teams, resulting in improved overall performance.
• Maintained clean, safe worksite for team safety and to help keep projects on-track.
• Complete daily pre-starts ensuring that excavator and other equipment is in good working condition before using.

Employed to operate excavators on the E2G project (Edmonton to Gordonvale upgrade) in Cairns. Works included drilling for street light foundations, trenching, site cuts and the removal of dirt. Also ensured accurate digging depths by utilizing GPS technology.

• Loaded and unloaded heavy objects, dirt, and other materials on-site.
• Performed equipment inspections and general cleaning of equipment (washing and greasing of excavators)
• Operated excavators ranging from 1.5 ton - 15 ton
• Engaged in a wide rage of construction laboring
• Engaged in earthworks required for the laying of sewage and stormwater pipelines and electrical conduit for a power upgrade.
• Performed earthworks, including foundations, landscaping, rock placing, etc using hydraulic grabs and augers.
