Independent Living at Yuulong

• I spent 10 weeks in a camp experience at Yuulong, Great Ocean Rd, living independently with my peers and learning a variety of skills. I went through this journey with no internet or technology and little communication with my parents.
• Through this experience, I developed my capability in a working kitchen, producing cakes, pastries and heart-warming dishes. As part of a team of 8, I planned and prepared a three course meal that fed around 50 people; in which we received a large number of positive feedback.
• I also successfully completed 100km hike along the Great Ocean Road in 8 days camping along the way.

Awards

• Aside from Yuulong, I've competed a art competition where I came first place.
• I have received awards of excellent in netball, athletics and rowing.
