My name is Sean Angeles, and along with Elina Kostina, we would like to formally apply for your rental property in Footscray.

We currently live at 133 Droop St, Footscray since Feb 2023 and our lease is coming to an end in Feb 2024. We are looking to stay in Footscray as we love this location as we work in the CBD and your property looks like a great fit for our next stage in life.

We are both undergraduate students prospected to graduate around 2026. I am in a permanent full time position at NAB and Elina is a casual employee working as a supervisor at a cafe working consistent hours.
