In 2024, I received an Assistant Commissioners for my policing role in Project Minerva. This was a year long operation, targeting high harm offenders and serious organised crime in an area in North London. It involved various police tactics, which resulted in over 70 arrests, a high conviction rate and over 120 years worth of custodial sentences.
In 2020, I received a Borough commanders commendation for Team work and Bravery for an incident involving a group of males armed with lethal weapons during a 'ride out' in North London. Myself and three others were commended for the unarmed apprehension and further conviction of 3 individuals in this group.
In 2018, I received a Borough commanders commendation for diligence, tenacity courage when conducting a complex drug investigation. This investigation involved a serious high harm offender, of whom had a large amount of cash and drugs in his address. This was a case I came across whilst on single foot patrol, involving a huge amount of drugs when I did not have much secondary investigation. This secured a conviction for this individual, resulting in a custodial sentence.
In 2015, I received a Borough commanders commendation for bravery, courage and tenacity when dealing with an extremely traumatic incident in July 2015. This was an incident when I was four weeks out of police academy, where a male suffering from mental health psychosis threatened his family members with a knife. He then attacked myself and my colleague with a large knife, resulting in my colleague being injured. I assisted with back up in safely apprehanding the male.
