First experience as front of house and then I stepped into the kitchen as kitchen hand until I took over the entire Pastry section.

I am a really meticulous person, very organized and tidy in my personal and working space.

All over the past few years I loved dirty my hands and doing different jobs as I needed for many reasons.

I've grown up helping my family-owned farm.
