Summary

Passionate and energetic child advocate and leader in educational settings, successful at building relationships with children, families and educators, by providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for all stakeholders.

Working at Nido Early School, I had the honour to observe and scaffold children as the world citizen they are, while championing curriculum development based on Reggio Emilia pedagogy. Families involvement is a key point in my pedagogy and reflected in my practices at all time. I have the strong conviction that each child has 100 languages and we are meant to support their exploration, by providing them with safe and inspirational experiences while connecting them to the wider community.

I strongly believe that each educator can greatly contribute to the service, not only thanks to their professional knowledge and capabilities, but especially for who they are.

I am applying for this position firstly based on my passion in early childhood, secondly as I want to ensure a safe environment for each child to build memories and foundations in, while sharing my passion with educators and valuing them throughout different aspects of the daily routine.

I desire to create deep roots in the Reggio Emilia approach for each stakeholder in collaboration with the Curriculum Leader, for them to be able to consider the service as their own and therefore walk in it with pride.

I would be able to implement the above mentioned, thanks to my abilities to work in a team and to resolute conflicts, together with my strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and foster inclusive practices, achieving significant advancements in parental engagement, child development, legislation compliance.
