Yearly I compete as a bodybuilder in the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion Show. Dedication in training has a positive effect on everything I tackle in life. Bodybuilding is much like any other sport. To be successful, you must dedicate yourself 100% to your training, diet and mental approach. Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.
