I completed the Barista Course. I have gone from a Bronze to Silver Bean and am now a qualified and experienced Barista.

I was awarded Barista champion in 2023, as well as upsell champion for 2023.

I was awarded the team spirit award in 2025 for consistently demonstrating exceptional enthusiasm with positive energy, showing commitment and collaboration.

Main Duties:

* Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments

* Preparing and serving food and beverages according to Hungry Jacks Standards

* Cash handling on POS system

* Customer Service

* Assembling meals

* Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchens and equipment.

* Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures

* Restocking food, packaging and other supplies

* Check food quality, freshness and presentation

* Handling customer enquiries requests and complaints

* Working efficiently during busy periods and maintaining quality service.

* Following instructions from Supervisors and managers

* Assisting other team members when required

* Completing opening, closing and cleaning duties

* Following company policies and procedures

I possess exceptional communication and customer service skills and have a positive, professional and friendly manner at all times.

I work very well as a team member and am also able to work autonomously, taking pride in my work.
