This was a customer forward position, I loved embedding myself in the local community and took pride and joy in delivering friendly and effective care.

• My tasks included:
• Passport applications, Mail sorting, resolved customer enquiries and POS systems
• Answered customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Tracked orders from start to finish to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• De-escalated problematic customer concerns, maintaining calm, friendly demeanor.
• Promoted high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with knowledgeable and friendly service.

• I was elected in 2018 to represent IPSA in the state of Victoria this position included consulting local government and LGBTI+ health care providers for best practice outcomes for intersex folks
• This also entailed organizing peer-based events to encourage support and community
• I was also asked to speak at conferences on intersex human rights.

• My position allowed me autonomy to manage the back of house and pack all orders, I also worked front of house in a retail capacity when necessary.
• processing a high volume of online orders
• managing the organization of an inventory

This Job allowed me to hone my customer service and to chart new territory with presenting in front of large groups.

• I led group tours which included presentations multiple times a day I enjoyed being theatrical and entertaining all the while ensuring our guests had an informed experience.
