Responsibilities:
- 180 recruiter - candidate sourcing (LinkedIn recruiter main platform), registration, qualifying, pitching, candidate journey management, and closing.
- Account Management - main point of contact with clients, keeping them up-to-date with searches, adhering to deadlines, host weekly meetings, email reports, and liaise with multiple stakeholders in businesses to build out relationships.
- Candidate Management - qualifying candidates' skillset and expectations to ensure there's compatibility between them and clients and then creating enjoyable interview process.
- Sourced candidates for clients in various industries through job LinkedIn Recruiter, marketing campaigns, referrals, social networks, and job ads.
- Conducted candidate screening and interviewing, delivered shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Assisted clients in arranging interviewing process and job offers with candidates.
- Worked on only permanent contract roles.
- Liaising with internal client's Talent Acquisition team working across various ATS systems like Breezy, Greenhouse, Workable, and Teamtailor.
Achievements & KPIs:
- Outbound activity: coldcalling, LinkedIn Inmails, emails, and video prospecting.
- Average coldcalls per day 45+.
- Billed £157K in 2022 vs £120K target.
- Completed a retained 9-person project for Arcadis Gen, the project was initially for 7 but the client so happy with the quality of candidates provided they assigned us 2 additional roles to fill.
- Promoted to Senior Consultant.
- Average time to hire: 0.5 – 2 months depending on the complexity of search and hiring speed of the client.
- Conversion rate from CVs sent to clients to interviews - 4 : 1.
- Highest paying salaried role filled $150K.
