• Due to major health crisis, the next 10yrs were dedicated to regaining my health and raising my family. This required a role that would allow work / life balance whilst also satisfying my desire to work. I became an Equities and Futures trader, day trading in international equities including S&P, FDAX markets .

• As Director Totalfone, I was responsible for building the VoIP business from the ground up.
• Strategic development of the company’s direction.
• Negotiation of major contracts with existing and new internet service providers.
• Provision of strategic advice with respect to the development of the Totalfone brand and its VoIP technology.
• Cultivated a positive work environment that fostered employee engagement, increased retention rates, and boosted overall team morale.

• In this role I was responsible for the selection of business partners and maintaining Managing Director level relationships.

• As a member of the Executive Strategic Team we were tasked with developing the 3-5 year Go-to-Market strategy for Telstra. This required evaluating all major competitors in the Asia Pacific region and analysing all existing distribution channels for savings and efficiencies.
• Developed and implemented strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Key Achievements: Won the Line of Business award for contribution to Telstra's financial performance (est. savings of $100M p.a.).

• In this role I was responsible for the strategic selection of ISVs within Australia and the Asia Pacific region for development and conversion to Oracle’s platforms.
• Prior to this I held various other roles including 7 years at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard).
