During my time at KPMG I was involved in the following client engagements
- Information Governance (Local Government) - Elizabeth engaged with the council to provide an Information Maturity Uplift Program. She assisted in assessing the current state and developing the future Information Maturity level for local government. Along with the development and establishment of a robust information governance structure throughout the organisation, Elizabeth also extensively researched and referenced current best practises in information management to develop an array of policies, administrative directives, procedures, and tools for use within the council. Additional Elizabeth created workshop materials and was responsible for preparing the weekly status report.
- Data Governance (Construction) – Elizabeth assisted in the development and establishment of a robust data governance structure throughout the organisation. During this engagement she was responsible for conducting research on the best information management practises within the construction industry. Developed organisation specific standards, procedures, and tools designed to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Additionally, Elizabeth contributed to the design and development of the data literacy training program. She crafted content that provided employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilise data in their roles. Her involvement also extended to supporting PMO activities.
- Future State Architecture and Roadmap (Power and Utilities) – Elizabeth supported the development of the current and future state architecture, along with the roadmap. She was involved in creating the current state report and target state report, which included summaries of various initiatives. Furthermore, Elizabeth helped to assemble the roadmap, detailing work packages that aim to ensure the organisation's transition towards the future state technologies. She also prepared workshop materials and was responsible for compiling the weekly status report.
- Customer Experience Program Review (Local Government) – Elizabeth assisted in reviewing the overall Customer Experience platform, evaluating the return on investment and the benefits it will bring to both the council and its community.
- Telephony System and Network Requirement gathering (Education) - Elizabeth was responsible for gathering, formulating, documenting and validating business and technical requirements regarding the organisations telephony system and wireless network. Responsible for delivering key project deliverables including key documents for presentation to senior stakeholders and use in discovery workshops. Worked with subject matter experts across project phases to deliver required outputs.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (Non-sector) – Elizabeth was responsible for gathering, validating and defining organisation specific ERP system requirements. Evaluating EPR vendors to determine suitability against organisation specific requirements. Responsible for delivering key project deliverables including key documents for presentation to senior stakeholders and use in discovery workshops. Worked with subject matter experts across project phases to deliver required outputs.
