Summary

I am currently employed as a Personal Care Worker/Physiotherapist’s assistant at Mark Moran Aged Care in Little Bay. I do my best to provide the highest level of care to residents and have an attitude of serving residents to the best of my ability.

Previous to this role, I was helping customers with their banking needs. I’ve always enjoyed working with people and went above and beyond employed as a Customer Relations Specialist for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, resolving customer complaints in a calm manner, providing the highest level of customer service.

I have excellent listening skills, am very positive, energetic, punctual and very caring towards seniors and show respect to all people. I believe the skills I have developed from my work experience, makes me a great candidate as a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator. More so, I am very caring and show respect to all people. If provided with an employment opportunity, I will serve residents with kindness, empathy and patience. Furthermore, I plan to remain with the company long term.
