Summary

As a passionate and enthusiastic educator, valuing all students rights to access learning in a safe and supported classroom, it is my to prioritize student engagement, foster a love of and learning and deliver content in a way that is meaningful to all students at West Moreton Anglican College. With experience in all age groups (0-12 years), I intend to incorporate Age Appropriate Pedagogies within my classroom to ensure maximum learning and retention in all subject areas. Furthermore, I envision incorporating Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) strategies that enhance student wellbeing and foster child agency when managing emotions within the classroom. As an approachable, inclusive and positive colleague eager to support staff and students, I believe that I would be an asset to the community of West Moreton Anglican College.
