  • Lead several Payments RFPs for large retailers/businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, United States, Canada, UK and Ireland achieving cost savings from 5-45% of card costs. Companies include Big Red Group, Accor Plus, Endeavour Group and Medecins Sans Frontiers.

  • Championed the merger of BreakThru People Solutions with the Board to ensure the sustainability of Norwood services.
  • Partnered with the CEO in increasing financial turnover by 400%.
  • Successfully negotiated staff EBA with Union (ASU).
  • Organisational reform in terms of compliance with guiding legislation, Government policy and accreditation requirements.
